30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
- Item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Please include the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email is fine).
- Items returned used, washed, stained, altered, or without tags/packaging may be declined or partially refunded.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@invictal.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with return approval and instructions.
- Send returns to the address below (or use any label we provide, if applicable).

Return Shipping & Labels

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.
- For approved defect/incorrect-item cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage.
- Please use a tracked service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right. Email: info@invictal.com (include clear photos of the issue and packaging).
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

- For hygiene/safety reasons, certain personal-use items may be non-returnable once opened (if applicable, noted on product page).

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition (unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
- If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval email, contact us at info@invictal.com.
