INVICTAL® ships orders from Latvia. We aim to make shipping fast, transparent, and reliable. If anything here is unclear, contact us at info@invictal.com.

Processing Times

  • Order handling: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Latvian public holidays).
  • During peak demand or launches, handling may extend to 3–5 business days. We’ll notify you by email if we see delays.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 (EET/EEST) may start processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Transit times begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Latvia 1–3 Fastest delivery.
Baltics (LT, EE) 2–5 Usually quick cross-border.
EU / EEA 3–8 No customs within EU.
United Kingdom 5–10 Customs clearance may add time.
Rest of World 7–14 Customs/security checks may extend delivery.

Important: Estimates can vary due to weather, strikes, carrier backlogs, or customs inspections.


Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • We use trusted carriers and postal partners appropriate for your destination.
  • All parcels include a tracking number. You’ll receive it by email when your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may appear with a short delay while the parcel moves between networks.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service.
  • Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our site and applied automatically at checkout if eligible.

Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

  • Within the EU: No customs duties are typically charged for intra-EU shipments.
  • Outside the EU (e.g., UK, US, CA, AU): Your order may be subject to import VAT, duties, and clearance fees on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We show all applicable charges we can at checkout. Any additional import charges assessed by your country are not collected by INVICTAL® and must be paid by you to release the parcel.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • If you need to change the address, email info@invictal.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct details. We can amend it only if the order has not yet shipped.
  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors provided at checkout.

Split Shipments

  • We usually ship all items in one parcel. If an item requires extra time, we may split the order at no extra shipping cost to you.

Undeliverable, Refused, or Uncollected Parcels

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we can:
    • Reship after confirming the correct address (additional postage may apply), or
    • Refund the item(s) minus the original shipping cost once the parcel is received back in good condition.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

  • Delayed: If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days (domestic) or 10+ business days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • Lost: If the carrier confirms a loss, we will offer a replacement (if in stock) or a refund.
  • Damaged on arrival: Please email info@invictal.com within 48 hours with your order number, photos of the packaging and item, and a description of the damage.
  • After delivery: Theft or damage that occurs after a confirmed delivery scan is outside the carrier’s liability. We’ll do our best to help, but outcomes may be limited.

Pre-orders & Out-of-Stock Items

  • If an item is marked as pre-order, we’ll display an estimated ship date on the product page and in your confirmation email.
  • Your order will ship when all pre-order items are ready, unless we confirm a split shipment.

Legal & Consumer Rights

  • We strive to deliver within the timeframes above. If we are unable to fulfill your order within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to cancel for a full refund in accordance with EU consumer law.
