Some items on www.invictal.com may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try before you buy purchase. This policy explains how these purchases work and how you can change or cancel them.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout.
- Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
- Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the subscription period.
- If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle.
- You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available or not currently in inventory.
- We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout.
- Your payment method may be securely stored and charged when the product is ready to ship.
- If a pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel it and receive a refund for any amount paid.
- If the pre-order has already been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Try Before You Buy
For try before you buy purchases, we will authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order but will not immediately charge you.
- You will have a specified period of time to decide whether to keep the item.
- If you return the item within the allowed time frame and in acceptable condition, you will not be charged.
- If the item is not returned within the trial period, we will charge your payment method for the full purchase amount.
